Position Overview
We are seeking a Nail Art Instructor to lead engaging, hands-on lessons in nail artistry and mentor students in a supportive, creative environment. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in nail techniques but also passionate about youth development, mentorship, and inspiring creativity.
This role combines technical instruction with leadership coaching, helping our students grow as artists and as confident future entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities

Lead students in nail art demonstrations and creative practice.

Teach fundamental and advanced nail techniques using practice hands and live models.

Inspire creativity and self-expression through structured and freestyle nail design.

Provide mentorship to help students build confidence, teamwork, and communication skills.

Ensure a safe, organized, and clean learning environment.

Support group activities such as affirmations, reflections, and team-building exercises.

Assist with preparation, set-up, and breakdown of tools and materials.
Qualifications

Nail Professional or equivalent training in nail care/artistry.

Strong portfolio of nail art and design (traditional and/or creative).

Experience teaching, mentoring, or working with youth preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patient, dependable, and enthusiastic role model.

Commitment to fostering creativity, leadership, and empowerment in students.
Schedule & Compensation

Part-time, after-school hours (approx. 3–6PM; schedule may vary).

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate $50/hour, based on experience.
