Position Overview
We’re seeking a talented, detail-oriented Nail Technician & Pedicurist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about nail artistry, client care, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. This role includes providing exceptional manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and spa services while ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident and pampered.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, cuticle care, massage, polish application, and nail repair.
• Perform nail enhancements (gel, acrylic, dip, overlays, or extensions) with precision and creativity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service—ensuring each guest feels relaxed, valued, and beautiful.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized workspace in compliance with state board and salon standards.
• Keep up with industry trends and new techniques to offer clients the latest in nail and foot care.
• Recommend nail care products and aftercare for clients to extend service longevity.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, supportive salon environment.
Qualifications
• Valid state cosmetology or nail technician license.
• Proven experience providing manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and infection control protocols.
• Artistic eye for color, design, and detail.
• Excellent customer service, time management, and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with spa pedicures, gel systems, or natural nail care.
• Nail art, 3D design, or advanced techniques a plus.
• Interest in continuing education and mentorship.
Schedule & Compensation
• Flexible schedule – full-time or part-time options available.
• Competitive pay (hourly + commission or booth rental).
